We are seeking representatives to manage both inbound and outbound calls, focusing on the collections process. You will be responsible for establishing payment plans with customers and negotiating solutions when necessary to resolve outstanding accounts. Your role will be critical in maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring timely collections.

Responsibilities:

– Handle inbound and outbound calls to effectively manage the collections process.
– Establish and negotiate payment plans with customers to resolve overdue accounts.
– Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
– Identify opportunities for upselling when appropriate, enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements:

– Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to establish payment plans and resolve outstanding balances.
– Excellent customer service skills, with a talent for upselling.
– High proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
– Strong interpersonal communication skills.
– Previous experience in collections, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
