As the sole Draftsman at a construction company, I successfully worked on approximately 80 projects over a 24-month period, gaining experience in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. I have also demonstrated initiative by independently learning and developing skills in BIM software, 3D modeling, rendering, and interior design. Worked alongside the Architect, I assisted the architect in developing detailed technical drawings and making necessary revisions. Rendered and done interior designed of buildings inclusive of furniture’s and cabinets. Key Responsibilities ● Utilize BIM software’s to design and produce technical drawings. ● Develop 3D models and renders using SketchUp Pro and Lumion. ● Worked closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensured their vision was feasible. ● Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure that the designs meet project requirements. ● Worked on rendering interior and exterior designs for clients proposed building. ● Collaborate with the carpenter in designing custom built cabinets and furniture’s such as walking in closets, kitchens, bathroom vanity, etc. ● Collaborate with contractors, architects and clients to resolve on-site problems or to finalize the design once set out on site. Key Achievements ● Self-taught programs to advance my skills such as ArchiCAD as a BIM software and Lumion for renders, including SketchUp Pro. ● Have more knowledge of cabinet and furniture making, different wood and finishings.
